Daria’s background in rhythmic gymnastics and urban dance (hip hop & house) informs her powerful, precise, and emotionally charged approach to movement.

With over a decade of teaching experience, Daria has worked with professional, non-professional dancers and actors. Her classes emphasize physical conditioning, movement awareness, creative exploration, and emotional presence.

Daria integrates principles of inner safety, somatic awareness, and respectful listening to the body into all aspects of her teaching and choreography, cultivating an atmosphere that supports rapid technical growth and the unfolding of each dancer’s unique potential.

As a guest teacher, she gave a workshops in Divadelni Flora Festival (Czech Republic), ballet school Releve in Aachen (Germany), DDS dance academy in Tenerife (Spain) and in numerous dance schools in Ukraine including DDC, Balletera, and Yoga Zen.

She continues to develop a mindful and balanced approach to movement — one that supports both professional dancers and beginners. Her practice focuses on musicality, physical awareness, and a respectful connection to the body, aiming to create a welcoming atmosphere where movement becomes a tool for discovery, freedom, and embodied potential.
