I - The Loop
The Loop is a repetitive practice of energy initiation, flow, attention and body coherence. Through the use of simple coordinations, repeated and looped, basic mechanisms of movement are practiced and developed into a soft yet powerful language. Taking a form of either moving meditation, engaged body workout, or complex movement and dynamic practice the Loop serves as an introduction and base to the whole Dynamic Phrasing as a method.

II - Movement Research
Movement Research is an open-end practice, that builds a bridge between imagination and expression, nourishing colour, flexibility and dynamic range in dancers. Movement Research transforms memories of sensations into lived embodied experience, understanding of tension and energy into dynamic range of motion, and envisioned architecture of space into architecture of the body, building connections that transform and transgress the boundaries of the self.

IV - Floor Work
The Floor Work class operates within a coherent, limited movement language that gradually builds into a solid base, allowing the dancer to move with efficiency, speed and volume. Spacial orientation is challenged by changes in fronts & levels of the movement, whilst coordination is challenged by introducing reverse movements and a constant flow between right & left sides. The use of energy, similarly to the Loop, takes the form of pushing and redirecting the flow through the use of appropriate muscle tone, the Soft Power.
V - Task Basket re-composition
Task Basket is a composition and re-composition method utilizing various choreographic and choreological tools. Through tasks dancers are encouraged to identify and challenge movement habits, by expanding awareness of the body-space relationships, coordination, organic vs non-organic rhythms, effort qualities and focus placement. Playful re-association of movement and it's quality helps to create an insight into the very mechanisms of movement composition, which is often taken for granted and intuitively implemented. In this class dancers, becoming both researchers and research observers, discover a whole universe of possibilities and transformations available at their disposal via the Task Basket tool.
